Pithos has got to be the best way to listen to Pandora. This fairly lightweight application allows Ubuntu and Debian based distributions to listen without Flash or even a web browser running.
You can do all the usual stuff, Like or Ban songs, create stations, advance to the next track. There are some extras that Pandora doesn’t have which this application adds.
View the upcoming tracks.Skip the advertisements. (although I pay for a Pandora One account.)Sync info with Last FM.Select AAC or MP3 (sorry no Ogg Vorbis support)Works with Gnome, Ubuntu Unity and XFCE notifications. (probably LXDE too.)
Plus the built in speakers on My System76 Lemur Ultra sound better than my wife’s MacbookPro.
