Pianobar (Pandora - Terminal Client)
So I finally got Pianobar running. there was an extra line after default_driver=pulse which resulted in an alert
/!\ Cannot open audio device
I can’t remember what that line said but apparently it wasn’t needed. I bet I could use this in Trisquel if it’s available in the repositories that is. Had a handshake error on login.
On another note it works without any modification in Ubuntu Studio 13.04 Beta 1
Pro:
Using 5mb of memory beats running Pandora in flash.
look like a Pandora hacker to your unsuspecting friends.
Cons:
No visuals, just command line
It’s going to be a wild night.
If that’s wild don’t try Gentoo. You may never get to sleep.
